The Great Lakes advocate DJ Cutt Nice is one of the most creative and dominating DJs to hit the scene in a very long time. He is as versatile as they come being able to do concert events, clubs, radio, weddings, and CDs. At the tender age of 2, Cutt had the gift of music. By the time he was 8, he was collecting music by such legends as Run DMC, The Fat Boys, and his idol DJ Jazzy Jeff. Fast forward and you’ve got Michigan’s finest turntablist. From his coming out party in Lansing circa 1990, when Cutt-Nice forcefully announced his presence as a DJ to be reckoned with, until 1997, he could be found banging it out all across the Midwest; infusing cities and towns with his own brand of turntable "magic". Between 1997 and 1999 Cutt continued to make a name for himself, playing shows with Chamillionaire, Kurtis Blow, Fabolous, Twista, 2 Live Crew, Kid Capri, Petey Pablo, Young Dro, Cassidy, Bone Crusher, Lil Scrappy, Lil Flip, MC Breed (R.I.P.) ,Ginuwine, Shawty Lo, The Clipse, Freeway, Tyrese, Waka Flocka, and Morris Day just to name a few. He is also known as the enforcer behind the classic radio show SNL MIXOLOGY with Jay Scott on power 96.5 FM. Currently Cutt-Nice and Jay Scott are relaunching the radio show Called FEEL THE HUNGER in November 2012 that will air Thursday nights at 8 PM EST on HITTINLICKRADIO.COM . Feel The Hunger Radio is Michigan’s first internet program dedicated to independent Hip-Hop, R&B, and Neo-Soul Artists. It’s raw, uncut, uncensored, and features independent talent from all corners of Michigan. The show has also picked up a cult following and has featured music from all over the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Cutt-Nice continues to keep the hip hop heads ringing by creating mix tapes that have attracted attention world-wide and has attracted UK rap Star Messiahbolical. He is a member of the coast 2 to coast mixtape coalition and continues to produce some of the sickest mix Cds around, fulfilling his mission to keep the clubs and shows popping. Cutt-Nice has been featured in the September 2009 issue of XXL, the May 2006 issue of Urbanology Magazine, Hip Hop Cosign, Hood Illustrated, The Connex List Magazine, Common Ground, and Soundslam.com. According to his review from rapmullet.com "Cutt Nice can do just that; cut nice". After conquering the great lakes, Cutt now has his sights set on Toronto, Canada. He has signed with Benjamin Verde Incorporated in hopes of tightening his grip on the Canadian market. His confident, creative, and flawless sets are guaranteed to mesmerize even those who have seen it all.
