FAQ

Camera Policy
No professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, or cameras with detachable lenses are allowed into the venue at any time without prior permission. Flash photography is never allowed. Please be respectful of other guests and bands when taking photos or video. If you have any concerns or questions, please email scott@theloftlansing.com. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged equipment.

Box Office
The Loft box does not have box office hours, but we do sell tickets for most shows at our sister bar, Taps 25. Tickets can be purchased from 4-close Monday through Thursday and 4-8 pm Friday and Saturday. Tickets can also be purchased during any public event at the Loft.  These hours are subject to change at any time without notice. Tickets sold at Taps 25 are cash only.

Bag Policy
No backpacks (of any kind), oversized purses, or messenger bags are allowed into the venue at any time. All bags are subject to search at the discretion of our security staff.

Parking
Parking is available on all streets surrounding the venue. There are also many ramps and lost within a short walk of the venue. You can see all city-owned parking here: https://www.lansingmi.gov/1391/Parking-Map-Locations

Left Credit Cards and IDs
All credit cards left open at the end of the night will incur a 20% convenience fee of your total. Credit cards may be picked up during Loft office hours only. We will not deal with any left credit cards during show hours. Credit cards will be kept for one (1) week before being destroyed. All lost government-issued IDs and driver’s licenses will be sent with the USPS to the address on the card. We do not keep any ID’s in our office.
